MINIMUM STAY

Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and high season. Minimum Stays may also apply at other times of year through management discretion.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-In Time: From 4:00pm to 6:00pm for camping sites. Please advise Queen Street Holiday Park if arriving outside these times so other arrangements can be accommodated.  

Check-Out Time: no later than 10:00am for Camping sites on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement.

DEPOSITS

Deposits will be refunded (less $20 cancellation fee) if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is less than 7 days, deposit is forfeited.  Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.

CONFIRMATION LETTERS

These are generated once deposit has been paid and either given/sent at time of booking or re-booking. Please check them carefully and notify us of any changes or all details will be taken as correct.

REFUNDS/ALTERATION

There will be no reduction for early departure or late arrival. This includes conditions due to natural causes, i.e. weather. This also applies to guests who are asked to leave the park because of their behaviour. Guests are liable for the full amount of stay as booked.

TARIFF / PRICES

Our tariffs are reviewed annually. Please be aware prices may change when booking in advance. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

CARAVANS / CAMPERVANS

Require a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness displayed and comply with LPG Standard (As/NZS3100). Management reserve the right to disconnect any caravan/campervan that does not have a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness.

VISITORS

Visitors are welcome to the park, but must leave their vehicles outside the Holiday Park.

All visitors are at the sole discretion of the management and MUST report and register at the office.

All visitors are the responsibility of the booking holder and must leave the park by 10:00pm. Please do not be offended if visitors who do not register at the office are asked to leave the park. This is for all guest security and enjoyment of the park facilities.

CONDUCT

We ask that all guests restrict their noise level after 10pm and before 6am. The only exception is by management discretion or organised events by Queen Street Holiday Park.

Queen Street Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse entry and/or request termination of booking without refund regarding disorderly conduct which includes, but not limited to drunken behaviour.

 If misbehaviour occurs Queen Street Holiday Park reserves the right to charge the named person on the contract with Queen Street Holiday Park for cleaning fees or replacement fees of damaged property, without authorisation from the named person.

LIABILITY

Personal belongings are always the guest’s responsibility. We accept no liability for any loss, damage or accident, unless such loss is due to our negligence. We are not responsible for the failure of public services (including but not limited to water, gas and electricity).

PET POLICY

No animals are allowed into Queen Street Holiday Park (including in vehicles) – no exceptions. This also includes any visitors to Queen Street Holiday Park.
